CIRCUS MAGNATE JOHN RINGLING and his wife Mable chose architect Dwight James Baum of Riverdale, New York, to design Ca d'Zan, their winter residence in Florida. The 56-room Gilded Age estate overlooks the shores of Sarasota Bay.
